Chaotic Canvas provides mobile art experiences, glow art experiences, splatter paint activities, educational workshops, curriculum kits, tutoring services, and related creative programming.
All services are subject to availability.
A reservation is not considered confirmed until any required deposit has been received and confirmation has been issued by Chaotic Canvas.
Event dates and times are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Certain events may require a non-refundable deposit to secure a date and time.
Deposit requirements will be communicated at the time of booking.
Deposits are applied toward the total balance due.
Full payment may be required prior to the event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Chaotic Canvas reserves the right to cancel or postpone services if payment obligations are not met.
Clients may request to reschedule an event subject to availability.
Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible.
Deposits may be transferred to a new date at the discretion of Chaotic Canvas.
No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Participants are expected to follow all instructions provided by Chaotic Canvas staff.
Chaotic Canvas reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates a safety concern or disrupts the experience.
No refund will be issued for participants removed due to unsafe or disruptive conduct.
Parents, guardians, teachers, group leaders, and organizers remain responsible for supervising minors in their care.
Chaotic Canvas staff provide instruction and activity facilitation but are not responsible for general childcare or supervision.
Participation in art activities involves inherent risks including, but not limited to:
Participants acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions.
Additional event-specific waivers may be required prior to participation.
Participants should wear clothing appropriate for creative activities.
While protective gear may be provided, Chaotic Canvas is not responsible for damage to clothing, shoes, accessories, electronic devices, or personal property.
Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate access to the event location.
Chaotic Canvas may require sufficient parking, setup space, and access for equipment and trailer operations.
Specific space requirements will be communicated prior to the event.
Chaotic Canvas may photograph or record events for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
Participants may decline media use by notifying Chaotic Canvas in writing before the event.
For minors, parent or guardian consent may be required.
ESA curriculum kits, educational materials, tutoring services, workshops, and educational experiences are subject to applicable ESA and ClassWallet requirements.
Families are responsible for ensuring compliance with any applicable ESA program rules.
All curriculum kits, art kits, educational materials, and retail products are subject to availability.
Due to the nature of educational and consumable materials, opened products may not be eligible for return.
Damaged or incorrect orders should be reported within seven (7) days of delivery.
All website content, curriculum materials, branding, graphics, text, photographs, logos, educational content, and program materials remain the property of Chaotic Canvas unless otherwise stated.
No content may be reproduced or distributed without written permission.
Users agree not to misuse the website, interfere with website operations, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or information.
